 With Princess ZaZa's fairy dress done, it was time to move on to the tutu! I could have easily done one of those no-sew tutu's in under a day.

Halloween starts to creep into my mind around mid August. I love Halloween. Not just for the costumes and candy, but also because it signals the start of crisp air, vibrant color changes and the start of family centered activities.

Mending Broken Things

Yesterday I finally tackled my "mending" pile. One of Grumpy's uniforms was in bad shape and needed attention ASAP before it was put through the wash. 10 minutes was all it took to reattach a button and a name tag that was coming loose. But I was not done yet.
